Journaling for Mental Clarity
If your thoughts feel heavy and you can't seem to stop the chatter in your mind, pick up a pen and a notebook and start writing it down. I've realized that the distressing thoughts I sometimes have are just different versions of e trying to be heard, and journaling has always helped me give a voice to the noise in my head.
